Product Overview:
The M8062A 32 Gb/s module extends the J-BERT M8020A high-performance BERT with multi-function generator and analyzer capabilities and data rates up to 32.4 Gb/s. The newly integrated capabilities simplify testing for R&D engineers and test engineers who need to describe devices and systems for next-generation data center and long-distance communications applications. Fully integrated features such as intersymbol interference generation, clock data recovery, and analyzer equalization greatly improve device characterization and conformance testing, and simplify test setup. The M8062A is a 2-slot AXIe module that can be controlled via USB and J-BERT M8020A's integrated user interface, or via remote programming commands for test automation.
