With a frequency range of up to 53 GHz and advanced test capabilities, the E5080B provides developers with flexible test capabilities. Excellent dynamic range, trace noise and temperature stability ensure very reliable and repeatable measurement results.

Wide frequency range - from 9 kHz to 4.5/6.5/9/14/20 GHz, or from 100 kHz to 26.5/32/44/53 GHz
The wide dynamic range of 140 dB enables complete capture of device performance
Options such as a built-in DC power supply, offset T-connector, pulse generator and pulse modulator enable complete device characterization
Use the same user interface (UI) and SCPI commands as the high-end PNA to achieve consistent testing between the development and production phases
A single instrument can provide spectrum analysis, pulse RF measurement, vector mixer measurement, noise factor measurement and many other functions, significantly improving the measurement throughput
