Product Description:
 
The M8040A high-performance BERT features shorter jump times, lower inherent jitter, and is capable of delivering pure NRZ and PAM4 signals with data rates up to 64 GBaud. The M8040A's remote front end and 1.85 mm short cable allow the test point to be as close as possible to the device under test, minimizing signal attenuation due to lossy channels.
