The Agilent 53150A is a full-featured 20 GHz, CW microwave counter and power meter that is ideal for desktop or ATE environments and is rugged enough to handle the harshest field applications. It delivers high performance through ultra-wideband inputs covering the RF and microwave spectrum from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. Measure both frequency and power with the same input.
