The R&S®FSWP50 Phase noise analyzer and VCO tester are highly sensitive due to their extremely low noise internal source and cross-correlation capabilities. It can measure phase and amplitude noise on highly stable sources, such as those in radar applications, in just a few seconds. With other options such as pulse signal measurement, residual phase noise (including pulse) verification, and integrated high-end signal and spectrum analysis, the R&S®FSWP50 is a unique test instrument.
