The MSO46B 4-BW-1000 combines performance and analytics to solve the vast majority of engineering challenges with an industry-leading intuitive user interface. The "B" version has a significantly faster processor system that speeds up analysis and makes the controls up to 2 times more responsive. The 4 series offers four or six analog channels with a 12-bit ADC with a bandwidth of 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz, sampling rates up to 6.25 GS/s, and record lengths of 31.25 or 62.5 M points. Full sample rate and recording length are available at all times for all channels. Each input channel can be used for synchronous analog waveform display and spectrum analysis, or converted to 8 logic channels by a logic probe connecting up to 48 digital logic channels. Powerful analysis and visualization tools such as FastFrame segmented memory, measurement and waveform histograms, and visual triggers are standard. It has a built-in 50 MHz arbitrary waveform/function generator that can decode more than 25 serial protocols. Power analysis packages are also available to facilitate repeatable measurements of power supplies and 3-phase power converters. A range of available smart probes support a wide range of applications.
