Keysight N4690D Microwave Electronic Calibrator (ECal) can calibrate Keysight vector network analyzer quickly, easily and accurately. The N4690D is a precision 2-port electronic calibrator that supports N-type 50 Ω connectors and frequency ranges up to 18 GHz. The user can choose from one of the negative-negative, negative-positive or negative-positive connectors. The N4690D comes with a plastic storage box to keep electronic calibration parts and accessories safe.
The N4690D option 0DC has a calibration frequency range as low as DC, enabling users to use the enhanced time-domain analysis capabilities of the Keysight Network Analyzer for wideband device modeling or time-domain and signal integrity analysis.
This electronic calibrator is the ideal solution for calibrating vector network analyzers. When performing a full 2-port calibration, it requires less than half the time and connection times of a traditional mechanical calibration kit. The user simply connects the electronic calibrator to the USB port of the vector network analyzer, and the firmware does the rest, reducing the probability of manual errors. Doing so also reduces connector wear and tear, which reduces the cost of servicing test port connectors and calibration standard parts.
