The LDT-5525 is a precision, low-cost, microprocessor-driven thermoelectric temperature controller optimized for temperature control of semiconductor laser tubes and infrared photodetectors. The instrument can provide up to 24W of power to the TE module while measuring the sensor current, voltage or resistance of a thermistor or IC temperature sensor for precise control and direct temperature reading. The LDT-5525 uses an advanced hybrid intelligent integrator algorithm to ensure fast setup times and maintain high temperature stability better than 0.004°C, making it suitable for semiconductor laser tube applications that require high wavelength and power stability. The instrument is flexible and can be operated in three modes: constant temperature, constant resistance or constant current.
