With the lowest input noise and up to 8 GHz analog bandwidth, the Tektronix MSO64 provides the best signal fidelity for analyzing and debugging today's embedded systems with GHz clock and bus speeds. FlexChannel technology enables each input on the instrument to be used as a single analog channel or eight digital channels. Simply connect the TLP058 logic probe to any input to complete the conversion. MSO64 takes digital channel integration to a new level. Digital channels share the same high sampling rates as analog channels (up to 25 GS/s) for fine timing resolution, and long recording lengths (up to 250 M points) for long capture times.
 
 
 
The Tektronix MSO64 provides the performance to capture a target signal while minimizing the impact of unwanted noise when you need to capture a high-amplitude signal while viewing smaller signal details. At the heart of the 6-series MSO is the 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), which offers 16 times the vertical resolution of a traditional 8-bit ADC. Visual Trigger extends the MSO64's trigger capabilities by scanning all waveform acquisitions and comparing them to areas (geometric shapes) on the screen. An unlimited number of areas can be created using a mouse or touch screen, and various shapes (triangles, rectangles, hexagons, or trapezoids) can be used to specify the desired trigger behavior. Tektronix contains a number of ports that can be used to connect the instrument to a network, directly to a PC or other test equipment.
