Product Overview:
The SourceMeter SMU Instrument is an industry-leading current/voltage source and measurement solution built with Keithley's third generation SMU technology. Available in single - and dual-channel models, the 2636B combines functions such as precision power supply, true current source, 61/2-bit digital multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator, and electronic load into a tightly integrated instrument.
The result is a powerful solution that significantly increases productivity in applications ranging from benchtop I-V characteristic analysis to highly automated production testing. The built-in Web browser-based software supports I-V testing from any computer, anywhere in the world. Or, use your Android smart device for finger-controlled, plug-and-play I-V testing via the Keithley IVy app. For automated system applications, the 2636B Test Script Processor (TSP®) runs complete test procedures inside the instrument to achieve industry-best throughput.
In larger multi-channel applications, Keithley's TSP-LINK ® technology is used in conjunction with TSP technology to enable high-speed, per-pin SMU parallel testing. Because the 2636B SourceMeter SMU instrument has a fully isolated channel and does not require a host, it can be easily reconfigured and redeployed as test applications evolve.
