Product Overview:
The N5444A Infiniimax III 2.92mm / 3.5mm /SMA probe provides 28 GHz bandwidth, allowing you to connect two 2.92mm, 3.5mm or SMA cables for differential measurements on a single oscilloscope channel.
The N5444A provides a common DC voltage termination rather than grounding, which is required by many signaling standards. The implementation method is that from DC to ~1kHz, the termination voltage is 55 Ω of the termination voltage, and when it is higher than ~10 kHz, the termination voltage is 50 Ω to 0.9 times of the termination voltage. The termination voltage range is ±4 V, the minimum step size is 5 mV, and the maximum current is 80 mA. The terminal voltage can be controlled internally via the oscilloscope or applied externally using the included DC jack.
