The B2902A Precision Source/Measurement Unit (SMU) is a 2-channel, compact and cost-effective benchtop SMU capable of delivering and measuring voltage and current. It has multiple uses and can perform I/V (current and voltage) measurements easily and with high precision. Integrated 4-quadrant source and measurement functions make it easy to perform I/V measurements without having to configure multiple instruments. The wide coverage of 210 V, 3 A DC/10.5 A pulses with a single instrument minimizes investment. A minimum measurement resolution of 100 fA/100 nV enables accurate characterization of DUT. The excellent 4.3-inch color display and various view modes increase the efficiency of testing, debugging and characterization through intuitive operation.
