Product Introduction:
The Tektronix TDS5034B oscilloscope offers 350 MHz bandwidth, 5 GS/s real-time sampling rate, up to 16 M recording length, and a suite of advanced triggers that enable you to capture and characterize the most demanding signals. It provides unmatched insight into signal behavior by displaying, storing, and analyzing complex signals in real time using the three dimensions of signal information: amplitude, time, and amplitude distribution over time.
 
The Tektronix TDS5034B includes a complete parameter measurement system for signal characterization. Choose from 53 automated measurements with a graphical palette that logically divides measurements into amplitude, time, combination, histogram, and communication categories. Application measurement extensions can be installed to enhance the functionality of the TDS5034B. Based on the precision acquisition performance of the TDS5000B series, these software applications meet the needs of application-specific measurements to quickly quantify equipment and system performance.
