The AQ6151B is a high-precision optical wavemeter with wavelength accuracy up to ±0.2ppm, which can meet the requirements of the highest level of accuracy measurement. Real-time calibration ensures long-term measurement stability with a highly stable reference signal from a built-in wavelength reference light source. Michelson interferometer and high-speed fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm are used to measure not only single-wavelength laser signals, but also multi-wavelength laser signals from DWDM systems and Fabry Perot lasers. In addition, the technique can measure modulated laser signals in addition to continuous wave signals from optical terminal machines. The optimized optical design and data processing procedures greatly reduce the measurement time.
