The N7004A is Keysite's first fully integrated photoconverter solution for Infiniium real-time oscilloscopes. Infiniium Basic Software version 05.70 comes with a complete set of optical measurement software built in at no additional cost. The N7004A is a compact design that plugs directly into the AutoProbe II probe interface of the Infiniium oscilloscope.
The adapter provides electrical bandwidth from DC to 33 GHz. When used in conjunction with the Infiniium V Series or Z Series 33 GHz oscilloscopes, the N7004A enables users to view optical communication data streams at rates up to 28 Gbps, making it an ideal solution for characterizing or diagnosing high-speed optical signals in system-level tests. The N7004A and Infiniium real-time oscilloscope form the ideal solution to help users view the unfiltered response of optical transmission.
