STELIGENT BT6201 is a high-performance, easy-to-use, 4-channel, cost-effective, 4 x 30Gb/s bit error rate tester (BERT), used in the current R&D and manufacturing environment of 100 G TOSA/ROSA components and field installation. It has full characterization of functional crosstalk sensitivity, backplane and multi-channel serial data system, and is also a good tool for production testing of AOC and optoelectronic modules.
STELIGENT BT6201 is a multi-channel signal integrity test system, which is very suitable for manual or automatic characterization of multi-channel serial data channels or electrical and optical equipment operating at speeds between 9.9Gb/s and 30Gb/s (it is available through optional Bit rate).
BT6201 integrates internal reference clock, pattern generator, clock recovery circuit and BER analyzer in a compact module that provides electrical and optical interfaces with data rates up to 30 Gb/s.
BT6201 provides TFT touch screen control or USB interface. PPRBS outputs optical NRZ waveforms with a bit rate of 9.9 ~ 30 Gbps, with 27-1, 29-1, 211-1, 215-1, 223-1, 231-1 and a fixed 64-bit data mode user-defined mode. The BERT system is controlled by an external computer through a USB port, with complete software support, drivers and automated programming guidelines.
