5320A校准器可输出大电阻、高压电阻，并测量兆欧表或其他便携式和台式绝缘测试仪的高压输出。在校准高达1 kV 的绝缘电阻测试仪时，可从10 kΩ到10 GΩ的范围选择一系列连续可变的电阻值，分辨率为4 ½ 位，并提供一个100 GΩ的单值电阻。在校准 5 kV 的绝缘电阻测试仪时，可利用外部10 kV 的双功能适配器将电阻范围扩展至10 TΩ。此适配器既可作为1000: 1 的分压器，可承受测试电压达到10 kV，又可作为x1000 的电阻倍乘器，可将电阻输出达到10 TΩ。
5320A可以模拟断路器(RCD/GFCI), 在较大范围内验证和校准跳闸电流和跳闸时间，对这类仪器中的大多数型号都可进行校准。对于大多数的RCD测试仪，跳闸时间计算的不确定度为0.25 ms，足以提供优于4:1 的测试不确定度比率 (TUR)。跳闸电流不确定度为1%，在大多数应用场合同样可提供优于4:1的TUR。

The 5320A replaces the discrete resistor, resistor box and other self-made calibration solutions in the form of a single instrument. It can accurately measure the resistor with high voltage and high current, and realize the test uncertainty ratio (TUR).
The 5320A multifunctional electrical safety calibrator integrates various electrical safety calibration functions in one instrument, and can replace resistors, decimal resistance boxes and other commonly used traditional calibration methods for calibrating electrical safety testers. The 5320A is accurate and flexible, and can calibrate a variety of electrical safety instruments.
Product Features:
The 5320A calibrator can output large resistance and high voltage resistance, and measure the high voltage output of megohmmeter or other portable and desktop insulation testers. When calibrating the insulation resistance tester up to 1 kV, a series of continuously variable resistance values can be selected from the range of 10 kΩ to 10 GΩ, with a resolution of 4 bits, and a single value resistor of 100 GΩ is provided. When calibrating the 5 kV insulation resistance tester, the external 10 kV dual-function adapter can be used to extend the resistance range to 10 TΩ ω. This adapter can be used as a 1000: 1 voltage divider, which can withstand the test voltage up to 10 kV, and can also be used as a x1000 resistor multiplier, with a resistor output of 10 TΩ.
The 5320A can simulate circuit breaker (RCD/GFCI), verify and calibrate trip current and trip time in a wide range, and can calibrate most models of this kind of instruments. For most RCD testers, the calculated uncertainty of tripping time is 0.25 ms, which is enough to provide a test uncertainty ratio (TUR) better than 4:1. The uncertainty of tripping current is 1%, which can also provide TUR better than 4:1 in most applications.
